欧盟官员：中国为全球绿色转型作表率，彰显大国担当丨世界观

今年11月，在阿塞拜疆首都巴库举行的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十九次缔约方大会(COP29)上，参会各国经过艰难谈判，达成新的气候资金集体量化目标(NCQG)，全球气候治理正面临着新的改革与挑战。

近日，欧盟驻华代表团气候行动与环境事务一等参赞骆浩君(Laurent Bardon)接受中新网专访时表示，在国际地缘政治局势愈发紧张的当下，COP29仍成功在气候融资方面，提出了两个切实目标，展现了全球气候治理的韧性。

骆浩君指出，在积极推动全球气候治理对话等方面，中国和欧盟都发挥了重要引领作用，促使利益相关方达成共识。他强调，作为发展中国家，中国自愿提供气候资金，彰显了大国责任与担当，为全球绿色转型作出了表率。(林卓玮 薛凌桥)

Lauren Bardon, the first counselor for climate action and environment at the EU Delegation to China, shared his observations and insights on global climate action during an exclusive interview with China News Network following his trip to COP29 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

He described the event as an overall "success," particularly noting the two concrete financing goals that were achieved, despite a complex and challenging geopolitical landscape, which showcased global climate governance"s resilience.

Bardon emphasized the leading roles of the EU and China in climate negotiations, highlighting their ability to maximize the convergence of interests among various parties.
